Variation 1) Your standard 6-habit tracker based on a calendar month, perfect for noticing patterns in your habit-tracking.
Variation 2) Streak Trackers, 8 per page, perfect for yes or no tasks and routines.
Variation 3) Designed to be a double-spread, these are a list of 25 habits, broken into 7-day blocks in groups of 5 habits. Perfect for building routines, or can also be used as graphs to compare how habits are affecting other variables, such as mood or weight.
Variation 4) Chart tracker, designed to measure a variable across a month with 12 levels - perfect for steps, sleep, weight or anything else that you would like to see a graph for.
