“Details make all the difference.”
The Leuchtturm 1917 notebook is the official Bullet Journal. It has been designed for Bullet Journalists with the features we need to help us work smarter in our journals, not harder. It is loved by people all over the world and is easily the crowd’s favourite. Here is why.
One of the tricks of the Bullet Journal system is easily being able to find what you are looking for in your journal, using an index and numbered pages. But the Leuchtturm 1917 completes the arduous task of numbering all the pages for you – all 249 of them.
They’re clearly printed in the bottom outside corner of the pages, making it super easy to find what you’re looking for.
Dotted paper is a must for some Bullet Journalists, but good dotted notebooks can be hard to find. The Leuchtturm 1917 gives you a dot grid that is spaced 0.5cms apart, allowing you to measure your layouts instead of always counting boxes.
Dots give you the ability to draw straight lines and build smart-looking layouts, without being intrusive so your doodles and drawings don’t seem out of place.
The Leuchtturm 1917 gives you three index pages at the front of the journal. Not only do these allow you to focus on the important stuff instead of spending time making up index pages, they have tables on them clearly showing the page number and the topic.
Could the Leuchtturm 1917 make Bullet Journalling any easier?
When creating a spread (two facing pages), the last thing you want is a gap or ridge in the middle. The Leuchtturm 1917 lies flat, allowing you to design and create your spreads easily.
At the back of the Leuchtturm 1917s is a document folder, allowing you to store those pesky receipts, stickers or important letters in your journal. Genius!
At the back of the Leuchtturm 1917s are eight perforated sheets, allowing you to neatly pull out pages to either give to someone else, reference or even just migrate them into your next journal.
Page markers and elastic band
We don’t need to tell you the benefits of page markers and elastic bands, but the fact the Leuchtturm 1917s have these gives them a big tick in our books.
Stickers for labelling and archiving
One of the coolest things about the Bullet Journal is having a book full of your memories, goals and lists to keep, forever. The Leuchtturm comes with stickers to attach to the front and the spine of your journal so it’s easy to find and reference later.
Also, if you’re the sort of person who has more than one Bullet Journal on the go, this is invaluable.
All the colours!
The Leuchtturm 1917s come in so many colours, and more seem to be released all the time! No matter your taste, whether you want something professional or fun, the Leuchtturm 1917 has a range to choose from.
